TC and Gabrielle were both born and raised in Sweet Home Alabama, only on opposite ends of the beautiful state. They often attended the same youth camps and conferences, but somehow never crossed paths - until one significant day. Both found themselves at Hyphen Retreat 2024 with their church groups. Gabrielle vividly remembers the first time she noticed TC; his goofy sense of humor and slightly aggressive competitiveness during the beach team competitions immediately caught her eye.

Later that night, both groups headed to Lulu’s for dinner. Fate would have it that TC’s group table was too small to accommodate everyone and he ended up across from Gabrielle. TC immediately thought Gabrielle was the prettiest girl he had ever seen. Though they were both secretly nervous, they struck up conversation about one of their favorite topics: FOOD. It was clear to everyone around that a spark had been ignited.

At the end of the night, everyone met up to play a game of UNO. TC and Gabrielle sat next to one another - this time the conversation seemed more intentional, focusing more on one another than the game.

Over the past year, TC and Gabrielle have faced loss and hardships within their families while also navigating the challenges of a long distance relationship. However, the one thing that has never been difficult is the decision to love and support each other every step of the way.

TC and Gabrielle are eagerly counting down the days until they can officially say, “Forever” on March 28, 2026 ❤️
